Guest dosing requires advance coordination. Here is how the process typically works.
Contact Your Home Clinic
Tell your counselor, nurse, or dosing team where you are going and the dates you need guest dosing.
Choose a Denver Recovery Group Location
Identify the most convenient Colorado clinic and confirm that it can review your request.
Transfer Required Information
Your home clinic sends the requested treatment records, dosing details, medication authorization, requested dates, and contact information.
Confirm Approval
Verify that the receiving clinic has accepted the request and confirmed your arrival instructions before traveling.
Arrive as Instructed
Bring valid identification, follow the clinic's arrival instructions, and allow enough time for check-in and verification.
Advance Coordination Is Required
Guest dosing requires direct communication between the patient's home opioid treatment program and the receiving Denver Recovery Group clinic.
The receiving clinic may require verified dosing information, requested treatment dates, medication orders, recent treatment information, patient identification details, and contact information for the home program.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Patients should not travel until both the home clinic and receiving Denver Recovery Group location have confirmed the arrangement.
